3.1.17 @colour_names

A hash_table object mapping colour names to their encoded RGBA value. It holds the CSS and X11 colour names and the system colours, whose names start with sys_ (e.g., sys_window_background) or a platform prefix (win_, mac_, kde_). The system colours reflect the desktop settings and are reloaded by display_manager ->system_colours_changed. See the section System colours of the XPCE User Guide.
