Predicate theme/4

theme(+Theme, +Element, +Condition, -CSS) is semidet[multifile, library(lynx/pldoc_style)]: Multifile hook that is used by theme files to modify the style of Element if Condition holds in Theme. See prolog:console_color/3 for Theme. CSS is merged with the default style. If Theme does not define Element and Condition, the theme it is based on is used (see prolog:theme_base/2).
