text_buffer ->insert_file: at=int, data=source_sink, times=[int]

Insert the given file at the indicated position. Times is the number of times the file is inserted and defaults to 1. This method sets the file<->newline_mode if it is set to detect at entry to simplify Windows/Unix interaction. This is exploited by PceEmacs.
