text_buffer ->in_comment: index=int, start=[int]

Succeed if the indicated index is in a comment/string statement of the target language. By default it starts scanning from the start of the buffer. If start is specified it will start scanning from this index, assuming that the given index is not in a string or comment. See syntax_table->syntax for defining the comment syntax.
