object ->error: error=error, context=unchecked ...

Raise an error (exception) on this object. Error (normally specified by its error<-id and converted by error<-convert) is the error to be raised. The remaining context arguments provide context information about this error. Performs the following steps:

if error<-kind equals ignored, silently fail.
assigns pce<-last_error.
If the error is not catched (pce->catched), it invokes error->display on the error object.
