graphical <- active: bool

Determines whether the item is sensitive for user-events. If @off, the item's image is greyed-out by anding it with a grey pattern.

Defaults: @on (active).

graphical <- active: bool

If @off, the colour of the drawing pen will be set to object<-class_variable_value: inactive_colour. The method graphical->event will simply fail if graphical<-active is @off.

graphical <- active: bool

Indicate whether or not typing will affect this caret. The visual feedback depends on the text_cursor<-style.
