editor <-start: [int] -> int

editor <-view: -> int

editor <-length: -> int

The methods editor<-length, editor<-start and editor<-view are used by the related scroll_bar object to determine the visible part of the text. The method editor->scroll_vertical is called from the editor<-scroll_bar.
