identifier_parts(+Identifier, -Parts) is det

Parts is a list of atoms that make up Identifier. The parts found are turned into lowercase, unless all its characters are uppercase. E.g.,

?- identifier_parts('sourceCodeURI', X).
X = [source, code, 'URI'].
