This directory contains the XPCE 4.9.4 reference manual.

This reference manual is available in two formats:

	# refman.dvi.gz

	gzip'ed TeX generated DVI file.  TeX Version 3.141 (C version d)
	You should be able to preview and/or print the documentation
	from this file if you have some reasonably recent TeX
	installation.

	# refmanNNN.ps.gz

	These is gzip'ed PostScript generated from the above for a 300
	DPI PostScript device.  Generated using dvipsk dvipsk 5.58f with the
	options "-i -S 30" to split the file for printers with limited
	memory.  You should be able to print the XPCE Reference manual
	from this if you have a PostScript printer, or to preview it
	using GNU's gs or ghostview program (or any other PostScript
	previewer).  Note that the title page and table of contents are
	at the end of the document.

Please use the .DVI format if you have the facilities to reduce internet
traffic!

There is nothing in this manual that is not in the online manual as
well.

Finally, the software to reproduce this manual from the online manual is
part of the XPCE distribution.  It requires the SWI-Prolog version of
XPCE and a TeX with enlarged `poolsize' (>= 240Kb).
